My name is Pam Stephens.
I have been retired from the education system since 2013. I spent 37 years teaching in a variety of places as well as teaching in a variety of situations.
I attended North East schools as a child. Oak Grove Elementary, Garner Middle School and MacArthur High School. I graduated with a BS in Education from Texas A&M University. I also have a Masters degree in education from UTSA.
I have been a substitute teacher for elementary aged kids. I taught both fourth and fifth grades for 23 years. Most of those years I spent teaching in NEISD at Montgomery, El Dorado, and Encino Park elementary schools. The last 13 years in public education I was an Instructional Technology Specialist with NEISD. In this position, I taught teachers from all over the district how to use technology to enhance their own teaching and to help their students use technology to learn content.
I am excited to use my skills of technology and teaching to work with community education.

One of my hobbies is NASCAR! My husband and I have an extensive collection of NASCAR memorabilia and we also have season tickets to the races that are at the Texas Motor Speedway in Ft. Worth every year. We have been fans since 2006. We even got MARRIED in the infield of Texas Motor Speedway in 2010.
I also love to work on and create stained glass. Here are some of my recent pieces.
I am also a Pampered Chef consultant!! I do that part time and run all sorts of parties through Facebook. Need some kitchen tools? Here is my shopping link! https://www.pamperedchef.com/pws/pstephens890
